At Bolinder Stockholm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided the product remains in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Bolinder Stockholm packaging or a sturdy equivalent to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
